Job Title: Internal Communications and Community Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our marketing team as a key member responsible for developing, designing, coordinating, executing, and measuring internal communications and initiatives to maintain employees informed and motivated.

  • Establish an internal communications strategy to engage and motivate employees.
  • Plan, edit, and write content for various internal communications channels, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Moderate social media channels and define the tone of voice in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees through regular updates and notifications.
  • Develop creative and attractive content and initiatives to communicate internally to employees, including town halls and talks with leaders.
  • Execute internal events, such as workshops and training sessions, to enhance employee engagement and development.
  • Monitor, measure, and present internal communication efforts to optimize results and improve future initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in similar positions, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Graduate or student in communication, marketing, or related fields.
  • Expertise with social media moderation, copywriting, and content edition.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools management, desirable.
  • Advanced English level, essential.
