The role of a Product Experience Designer is to transform innovative ideas into compelling visual and interactive stories that resonate with clients and their customers. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to co-create concepts, bringing them to life through prototypes and pilot experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with diverse teams during design sprints to ideate, prototype, and test solutions.
  • Participate in local client events and occasional regional engagements within the Latin America and Caribbean region.
  • Support the entire design process – from research and ideation through to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Create design artifacts that effectively communicate ideas, such as sketches, journey maps, storyboards, or visual mockups.
  • Bring a human-centered approach to solving complex user and business challenges.

Familiarity with modern design and prototyping tools, like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, is essential for success in this role.

Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required, with fluency in Spanish being a significant asset.
