Job Description

Seeking a skilled Benefits Assistant to provide support for data entry of new and active faculty and staff members in regards to benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with troubleshooting and researching to resolve various benefits-related issues.
  • Review enrollments and transactions, ensuring accuracy of data and adequate documentation.
  • Support the tracking of benefit costs and preparation of benefit cost analysis reports.
  • Generate and compile data requests and reports as needed.
  • Manage and update files and record-keeping systems.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in similar roles.
  • Degree completed or advanced studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Understanding of HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing helpful assistance.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
