We are seeking a skilled professional to join our finance team as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial transactions.
About the PositionThis position is responsible for performing reconciliations, handling documentation, and facilitating communications with factoring companies across the United States. Key responsibilities include:
- Validating received amounts against loads submitted to factoring companies to ensure accurate accounting records.
- Executing the daily cash closing routine to ensure all incoming payments are properly recorded and accounted for.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for internal and external audits.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external financial partners to facilitate smooth financial operations.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools.
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
