We're seeking a talented Supply Chain Trainee to join our team and drive your future success in end-to-end supply chain by learning from some of the industry's foremost experts in sustainability, procurement, quality, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and engineering.
As a member of our Supply Chain team, you'll work on challenging tasks, projects, and complete numerous trainings in an international environment. You'll gain practical experience in supply chain excellence, build your international acumen, and connect with our Business Units and Global Supply Chain Leadership Team.
We're looking for individuals with a strong technical academic background, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business Administration. You should have a strong proficiency in business English and local language, with a maximum of one to two years of experience in supply chain, business administration, or manufacturing environments.

We offer a special 18-month program, split into three six-month rotations on the job, normally in three different countries, in three different supply chain areas. The program is designed to help you fully develop yourself on a personal and professional level by understanding our end-to-end supply chain processes, including the interdependencies and interconnectedness between different areas.
You'll gain industry-specific knowledge and leverage the experience of experts in our different locations and Opcos. You'll also have the opportunity to work as part of the Supply Chain team on a challenging position, global project, operational business tasks, and attend several training courses.
