Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical consulting expertise.

About the Role

The Technical Solutions Specialist will be responsible for providing remote and onsite technical consulting expertise in the development of solutions, transition, and delivery strategies. You will work closely with project teams to ensure the implementation of solutions aligns with the overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical constraints.
  • Provide technical consulting expertise in the development of solution, transition, and delivery strategies.
  • Test existing systems and processes, identifying technical requirements and potential challenges.
  • Support the design and architect solutions, considering scalability, security, and efficiency.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Solid technical expertise in system architecture and design.
  • Ability to study and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity hardware, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem solving.
  • Experience in developing SOWs, LLD HLDs.
  • Scripting is a plus.
  • Experience with Fortinet portfolio is a plus.
  • Bachelor's / University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Professional Services Architect, Consultant or Pre-Sales Engineer.
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and transitional methodologies.
  • Relevant industry experience in NGFW and at least 4 of the following technologies: Email Security, Advanced Threat Protection, Endpoint Security, Application Security, Web Application Firewall, Network Security Management, SIEM, Network Virtualization, Software Defined Networks (SDN) and/or other cloud-based technologies.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
