In addition to supporting well known global beer brands like Corona, Budweiser and Michelob Ultra, our team is home to a robust suite of digital products including our B2B digital commerce platform, on-demand delivery services and table top beer keg solutions.
We are an exceptional group of individuals, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage Python and SQL to perform in-depth statistical analysis and extract actionable insights from large and complex datasets.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics solutions, integrating Power BI with robust data models, DAX calculations, and interactive dashboards.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear and compelling business narratives, connecting statistical results with strategic objectives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with international teams in a global environment, using advanced English communication skills to align strategies, standardize methodologies, and share knowledge across regions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver predictive insights, advanced statistical analysis, and innovative solutions with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset under tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- BA/BS/MS in Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related quantitative field.
- Advanced SQL expertise for data extraction, transformation, and preparation.
- Advanced English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods (hypothesis testing, regression, time series, clustering, classification).
- Experience designing and running experiments (A/B testing, causal inference) and translating results into business recommendations.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI), applying visualization best practices to complement advanced analytics outputs.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, highly collaborative, and capable of delivering under tight timelines.
