Lead Software Developer

As a skilled software engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing high-quality software modules for our product suite. This involves analyzing and resolving software-related issues from internal or external customers, documenting specifications, design, features, and operation of applications prior to production rollout, mentoring other developers, and communicating technical and operational issues to engineering and business leadership in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience. Additionally, you should have 4-5 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years of healthcare data experience. Proficiency with SQL query optimization and tuning, stored procedures, and triggers is also essential. Experience with programming languages such as Java or Python and third-party platforms like Appian and Cloudera Hadoop is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of databases including Microsoft SQL Server, HBASE, and Hive is also required.
