Job Opportunity: High Net Worth Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our Client Service function as a High Net Worth Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with high net worth clients in Brazil and LATAM.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Rapport Building: Develop rapport through frequent communication with existing clients, understanding their goals and objectives.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services to clients, driving revenue growth and expanding the client base.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with various stakeholders from different departments to provide optimal service solutions and customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 4–7 years of experience in sales and client services with an international financial background;
  • Experience working with institutional clients, private banking customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks;
  • Strong communication and writing skills; ability to negotiate and close deals;
  • Proficient in Portuguese (written and spoken), with working knowledge of English; Spanish would be a plus;
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining strong multi-tasking skills.
