As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of internal tools and systems that improve how our tech teams operate. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to understand current workflows, identify pain points, and develop scalable solutions.
About the RoleThis is a high-visibility role that requires strong systems thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to drive change at scale. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders behind a shared vision for operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Own the product lifecycle from concept through implementation and iteration.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional leaders to understand internal challenges and develop scalable solutions.
- Influence without authority, aligning diverse stakeholders behind a shared vision for operational improvements.
- Work closely with Tech senior leadership to ensure alignment, visibility, and buy-in for key initiatives.
- 3+ years of technical product management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years total technical experience in engineering, internal platforms, developer tools, infrastructure, or similar domains.
- Experience designing or improving internal tools or systems used across large organizations.
- A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to simplify complex processes.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structure where it does not yet exist.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
- Experience working with data to support decision-making (dashboards, KPIs, basic SQL, or working with analysts).
- Relocation to Bangkok, Thailand, with relocation support provided.
