The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing air operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods and products through Amazon's logistics network. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative transportation solutions that enhance delivery speed and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence and performance in air carrier operations
- Design and implement cost-effective air transportation solutions to optimize delivery speed and efficiency
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of professionals responsible for air operations
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to drive e-commerce logistics innovation and improve supply chain visibility
- Ensure safety compliance and on-time performance while leveraging data analytics to enhance network efficiency and customer satisfaction
This role will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and will require strong leadership and project management skills.
