As a strategic thinker and execution-focused leader, you will drive the success of our air transportation operations. This critical logistics solution connects Fulfillment Centers to Last Mile delivery services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages.
This role requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to design innovative solutions, drive operational excellence, and manage high-performing teams.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in Air Operations, with a proven track record of success in managing complex logistics operations.
They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders and leverage data analytics to enhance network efficiency and customer satisfaction.
In addition, they will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance and on-time performance, as well as contributing to the strategic expansion of our air network.
- Design and implement innovative air transportation solutions
- Drive operational excellence and performance of air carriers
- Manage and develop high-performing teams
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to drive e-commerce logistics innovation
- Leverage data analytics to enhance network efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure safety compliance and on-time performance
- Contribute to the strategic expansion of Amazon's air network in Brazil
- Experience in Air Operations
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Program or project management experience
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English
