Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Description:
This role serves as the bridge between cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and R&D. The technical program manager refines requirements and distributes work into logical customer-valued deliverables. They identify synergies with organization's existing systems.

Responsibilities:
- Support execution of multiple technical projects or programs in support of organizational evolution.
- Lead end-to-end project or program lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform program analysis, manage risk, identify necessary course corrections, and communicate program status and activities across multiple levels of management.
- Continuously assess and improve processes that comprise the software development lifecycle.
- Manage risks and resolve issues affecting release, scope, schedule, and quality.
- Define and track key metrics and performance indicators, driving cross-functional execution of program deliverables.
- Lead post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for enhancement.
- Provide oversight and planning for design and implementation, including strategies, processes, and resources.

Education & Experience:
- Four-year or graduate degree in computer science, information technology, business management, or related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in program/project management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
