Software Developer Position

We are seeking a talented and driven software developer to join our fast-growing team. This is a fully remote position available to candidates based in Brazil, offering the chance to work on cutting-edge application development projects within a collaborative, agile environment.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building scalable software solutions using .NET / .NET Core, SQL, and AWS. A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, experience with CI/CD pipelines, and a passion for clean, maintainable code are essential to succeed in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using .NET / .NET Core and related technologies
  • Design efficient database schemas, write complex queries, and optimize SQL performance
  • Build and support cloud-native applications on AWS
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver new features
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code in line with industry best practices
  • Continuously improve development processes and advocate for engineering excellence
  • Participate in an on-call rotation (typically once every 3 weeks)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development using .NET / .NET Core
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and relational database design
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerized development workflows
  • Working knowledge of CodeQL for code analysis and security
  • Proven experience with CI/CD tools and development workflows
  • Strong grasp of software development principles and best practices
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setup
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Exposure to large language models or integration of such models into applications
