Lead High-Performance Engineering Teams

As an engineering manager, you will oversee high-quality microservice architectures and lead talented teams with deep knowledge of Linux kernel, virtualisation, storage, and networking. We require professionals who can anticipate the consequences of design and engineering choices within complex distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee remote engineers and foster collaboration
  • Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development
  • Establish and manage expectations with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
  • Advocate for modern software development practices
  • Participate in the engineering process through code and architectural review
Qualifications:
  • Understanding of modern Linux cloud computing technologies, including networking, storage, containers, and Kubernetes
  • Strong written and verbal technical communication skills
  • Experience programming in C and/or Go
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, STEM, or similar field
