A critical role in a dynamic organization, the Business Analyst will support the development of innovative solutions across a global network.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to gather and translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Create workflows, system designs, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Support Agile teams with requirement clarification and documentation.
- Use BDD tools to define and verify functionality.
- Conduct UAT testing and assist in application validation.
- Analyse and improve existing access control processes.
- Ensure IAM policies and best practices are followed.
- Support user training, workshops, and smooth adoption of systems.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-7 years' experience as a Business/Functional Analyst.
- Experience with UML, Visio, Draw.io (domain models, activity diagrams, workflows).
- Strong experience in Agile methodologies, user story creation, and backlog management tools.
- Deliver user training and application demos.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge or experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is beneficial.
