Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of enterprise-grade, data-driven SaaS solutions across software, data, and infrastructure layers.
  • Establish technical direction, enhance engineering quality, and deliver secure, scalable distributed systems in a regulated environment.
  • Contribute to both backend and frontend development, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and participate in technical decision-making.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in backend or fullstack development (Go, Python, React — knowledge of at least two).
  • 3+ years working with AWS or another major cloud provider.
  • 3+ years building microservices and distributed systems.
  • 3+ years with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows.
  • 3+ years designing and consuming REST APIs and data processing workflows.
  • 3+ years working on SaaS platforms or enterprise-grade systems.
  • Hands-on experience with data science tools (NumPy, SciPy, Jupyter).
  • Advanced English level (written and spoken).
  • Availability to collaborate with teams in Eastern Time (ET).
Nice to Have
  • Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector).
  • Experience with observability (logs/metrics/tracing), security standards, and compliance workflows.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance considerations.
