As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to feature development and maintenance of global products, partner with colleagues to build tooling for test development and automation, and advocate for user experience when communicating with product, design, and tech teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions;
  • Design and implement efficient tooling for test development and automation processes;
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles in communication with product, design, and tech teams;
  • Develop and implement quality strategies that support team delivery goals;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving;
  • Experience with backend development using Java, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture;
  • Advanced knowledge of software testing concepts, DevOps tools, and Agile project management;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with colleagues from different departments;
  • Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems;
  • Good time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
