Flight Deck Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to participate in designing, testing, and certifying flight deck interfaces.
As part of a team of experts in flight operations, you will work closely with pilots from around the world to deliver industry-leading flight decks.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Design and develop user-friendly flight deck interfaces that meet cognitive, physical, sensory, and ergonomic capabilities.
- Collaborate with pilots, designers, and systems engineers to ensure flight deck interfaces are intuitive and efficient.
- Assist in user evaluations and testing in full-flight simulators and flight test airplanes.
- Contribute to human factors studies to support product development and evolution.
You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to aviation safety and innovation.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in human factors, UX/UI Design, systems engineering, industrial engineering, or psychology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Licence to work in Brazil.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally.
