Job Description
The Regional Sales Training Specialist will be responsible for implementing global training programs in South and Central America. This role involves assessing training needs, creating engaging content, and delivering effective training sessions to drive sales success.
Key Accountabilities
- Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with senior sales managers to identify training needs focused on HE portfolio, digitalization, and effective sales techniques.
- Training Program Development: Coordinate, develop, and implement training programs for sales staff, including new hires and ongoing development for existing employees.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring sales team performance and providing feedback.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with regional sales and marketing departments to ensure training programs align with business goals.
- Mentoring and Coaching: Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales staff to help them achieve their targets.
Requirements
- Background in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Deep experience in sales or sales training.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and the training software Articulate.
