Software System Reliability Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability and Efficiency Specialist to ensure the reliability and efficiency of software systems. This role involves managing alerts, checking systems, and escalating issues as needed.
- Manage daily alerts, check systems, and escalate issues promptly;
- Be part of a team providing 24×7 on-call support for critical SaaS events;
- Document issues and remediation steps in a timely manner;
- Proactively create monitors in the EKS/K8S ecosystem to prevent downtime;
- Deploy to EKS/K8s clusters using Terraform and Helm with precision;
- Learn and maintain existing infrastructure running under Docker Swarm to ensure optimal performance;
- Improve infrastructure health by implementing checks and scripts to correct known issues;
- Collaborate with teams and departments to provide exceptional support and assistance;
- Apply customer-centricity when planning deployments/updates, considering customer impact before making changes;
- Work closely with Support, Customer Success, Migration, and Professional Services teams to deliver best-in-class SaaS services to customers;
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence;
- Create and assign alert-related tasks to the appropriate team after investigation;
- Handle support requests for environment-specific actions efficiently;
- Identify automation requirements to improve RCA processes.
