Medical Affairs Clinical Lead Role

This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in statistical analysis and clinical development to drive success in medical affairs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality input into the design of clinical studies, including protocol development, and ensuring that data are adequately captured and collected to answer study objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing clinical studies protocols, statistical analysis plans, and data surveillance strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on study objectives and timelines.
  • Providing technical expertise on statistical methodologies and analytical approaches.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including CROs and data monitoring committees.

Requirements:

  • PhD or MS in statistics or a related field with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced statistical concepts and techniques, including SAS programming skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
