We are seeking a highly skilled software development professional to collaborate on high-impact projects that drive innovation and growth.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in environments that foster creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving.
- The successful candidate will design and develop high-performance, low-latency Java microservices
- Contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Ensure clean code practices, with a strong focus on TDD, performance, and security
- Collaborate with distributed technical teams and participate in architecture reviews to ensure alignment with company goals
- Support automation of testing, deployment, and monitoring processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a backend developer, preferably with expertise in Java and Spring/Spring Boot
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring/Spring Boot, with experience in microservices, REST APIs, and relational databases (SQL, JPA/Hibernate)
- Familiarity with version control tools, such as Git
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams
- Experience with Docker and cloud deployments, preferably with AWS
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- Experience in financial industry projects
- Understanding of event-driven architectures or messaging systems, such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
