Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, revenue management, or delivery excellence within a professional services organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading weekly reviews to ensure delivery teams achieve desired outcomes for engagements
  • Developing and implementing process improvements across the business, including automation and elimination
  • Providing strategic guidance to business leaders on operational best practices
  • Managing key performance indicators, regional reports, and executive review documents to provide data-driven insights
  • Leading end-to-end execution of annual planning processes and quarterly business reviews
  • Authoring narratives and providing data analysis for stakeholders

A day in the life of the team involves working with diverse professionals across LATAM to provide forward-looking insights and accelerate outcomes for AWS customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue management, or related fields
  • Experience using project management tools and conducting complex data analysis
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA)
  • Proven track record of identifying challenges and recommending solutions
