Job Title

Senior Account Manager - Growth and Development

Join a dynamic team of sales professionals as a Senior Account Manager for Growth and Development. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple mid-market accounts across Latin America.

As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with regional technical leads to develop campaign proposals, set up accounts, optimize campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and share analysis and results.

Key responsibilities include developing trust relationships with clients, pitching new solutions or improvements, and serving as a communication link between customers and internal teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple mid-market accounts from Latin America
  • Develop campaign proposals and assist in account setup
  • Optimize campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and share analysis and results
  • Develop trust relationships with clients
  • Pitch new solutions or improvements
  • Serve as a communication link between customers and internal teams
Requirements

We are seeking experienced professionals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive commercial attitude, problem-solving and learner mindset, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar role or industry
