Drive revenue growth and adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) in international markets as a Partner Sales Manager- Public Sector, AGS Brazil Public Sector.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will have you delivering on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of the AWS cloud computing platform. You'll be responsible for driving C-level and field relationships with strategic partners, managing day-to-day interactions, and driving top-line revenue growth and market adoption.

The ideal candidate will possess both Brazil business background and partner management/sales experience, enabling them to engage with senior government officials and partners to build the cloud ecosystem and advance AWS business objectives in target markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage strategic partner initiatives in Brazil.
  • Manage to a clear timeline to execute against the strategy and achieve team goals.
  • Develop and execute against a repeatable model for expansion into new markets and establishing foundational partner sales activities.
  • Drive global thought leadership on public sector cloud adoption strategies and tactics to support AWS business objectives.
  • Work across AWS and broader Amazon to open new sales channels, shape government accreditation and procurement policy and procedures.
  • Collaborate with AWS sales leaders to ensure alignment between core business priorities, public policy goals, and sales enablement activities.

As a key member of the Business Development team, you'll help define and deliver the overall GTM strategy, engage with partner's field sales organization, marketing, channels, and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience building and executing complex initiatives in a business or government environment across Brazil.
  • 5+ years in sales experience (sales, pre-sales, or business development).

We're looking for a self-starter with a proven track record of working effectively across large organizations and different cultures. You should have a solid understanding of Cloud computing technology and demonstrated ability to apply new technologies, models, and frameworks to solve business problems.

You must be able to think strategically, innovatively, and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills. Ability to influence, negotiate with, and persuade others is essential.

Estimated Salary: R$250,000 - R$350,000 per year
