About the RoleThe S&R Team Leader will oversee a team of professionals, ensuring the quality of services meets company standards. This involves staying updated on all products, routines, and quality assessments, while also communicating effectively with the team.
Main Responsibilities- Manage budgets and strategic resource planning
- Assign tasks and direct communication to direct reports
- Coordinate activities in accordance with Load and Capacity structure
- Support and develop the S&R team to meet market demand
- Maintain required Quality, Health and Safety standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of experience/education
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the field
- Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Leadership experience and cultural knowledge
