Stormwater Project Manager

This role is responsible for providing compliance support to industrial clients regarding NPDES requirements under the Clean Water Act.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, specifically in stormwater-related services, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Support: Provide guidance to industrial clients on NPDES requirements under the Clean Water Act.
  • Project Management: Oversee budget, invoicing, cost management, and client communications for stormwater-related projects.
  • Client Interface: Ensure client satisfaction and identify new opportunities through regular communication and collaboration.
  • Technical Reviews: Conduct in-depth analysis of reports for regulatory compliance and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field (civil engineering, geology, environmental sciences).
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically in stormwater-related services.
  • Proven experience managing stormwater-related projects as a Project Manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Registered PE in CA, WA, or OR.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large projects and teams.
  • Experience in developing and implementing permit and planning documents.
  • Team player mentality with a track record of meeting project deadlines.
  • Capacity for routine problem-solving and adaptability to changing conditions.
