Administrative Certification Analyst

As an Administrative Certification Analyst, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of product certification at DNV Brazil Product Assurance. This role involves effective delivery of services, service portfolio management, audit and assessment scheduling, and administrative support for sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proactive communication with customers and auditors/assessors regarding project updates.
  • Manage service portfolios in accordance with delivery expectations.
  • Schedule audits and assessments related to certification processes.
  • Establish new projects and manage quality data within internal systems and external databases.
  • Monitor service deliveries (reports and records) provided to customers.
  • Provide administrative support for sales activities, including data updates into systems and follow-up on issued proposals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant administrative field.
  • Knowledge or work experience in administrative processes or operations of certification or product certification.
  • Intermediate to advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience interacting directly with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in PowerBI.
  • Ability to handle project deadlines and KPIs.
