The Role of a Certification Specialist

">Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage certification processes for realme products in Brazil. This involves overseeing the entire certification lifecycle, from sample handling and testing log capture to resolving testing issues and aligning certification status with headquarters.

In this position, you will work closely with local laboratories to maintain relationships, schedule tests in a timely manner, and obtain priority certification resources when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for introducing new product compliance regulations in Brazil into the HQ R&D process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage certification processes for realme products in Brazil.
  • Oversee sample handling, testing log capture, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain relationships with local laboratories.
  • Schedule tests in a timely manner.
  • Obtain priority certification resources when necessary.
  • Introduce new product compliance regulations in Brazil into the HQ R&D process.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have Brazilian nationality and experience in handling public relations affairs in Brazil. A minimum of 2 years of ANATEL certification work experience is required, preferably with mobile phone product certification experience. You should also have basic mobile phone testing experience, including flashing, capturing logs, and troubleshooting laboratory test set-up problems.

Preferred Skills:
  • Brazilian nationality.
  • Experience in handling public relations affairs in Brazil.
  • ANATEL certification work experience (minimum 2 years).
  • Mobile phone product certification experience.
  • Basic mobile phone testing experience (flashing, capturing logs, troubleshooting laboratory test set-up problems).
