About the Role- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote certification and training services across the market;
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for clients;
- Analyze internal service offerings to identify potential customers and tailor services to meet their needs;
- Management System Certification (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and ISO 50001);
- Automotive sector certifications;
- Chain of Custody Certification for the forestry industry;
- Certification for the Civil Construction sector;
- In-Company training based on Management System standards.

About You- Complete higher education degree;
- At least 3 years of experience in sales of certification, training, and/or management system consulting services;
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and autonomously;
- Self-motivation and proactivity;
- Focus on understanding and solving customer needs;
- Negotiation experience;
- Proficiency in English and/or Spanish; and
- Knowledge of office software (word, excel, etc.).
