A Customer Success Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of small account clients by providing exceptional support and driving growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring health indicators, developing customer success playbooks, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a CSM in B2B companies, managing mid- or small-sized accounts, and possessing strong proficiency in sales, negotiation, and contract renewals. They will also have a solid understanding of Customer Success concepts and methodologies, as well as advanced English or Spanish language skills.
