Digital Merchandising Strategist


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Merchandising Strategist to define and execute merchandising strategies for 3P and 1P channels in Brazil.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Marketplace Platforms, including MercadoLibre, Amazon, Netshoes, Magalu, and Shopee.


Responsibilities:
  • Define merchandising strategy for 3P and 1P channels (mix & volumes) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Support digital purchasing and manage product restocking, including fulfillment inventory.
  • Monitor product performance (sales, turnover, and coverage) to enhance performance.
  • Owning product registration, including photos, descriptions, categorization, sell-in & sell-out.
  • Support 1P clients through promotions and pricing, customer service, and etail support, and reporting and analysis.

Requirements:
  • BS or BA in business, marketing, fashion or related field – or equivalent years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Fashion Brands Ecommerce's or Marketplaces with Fashion Category and Fashion Brands.
  • Background knowledge in Office suite, Power BI, LINX e-Millennium ERPs.
  • Strong understanding of Marketplace Platforms.
