Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Injection Molding Machine Specialist to join our team. As an Injection Molding Machine Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of injection molding machines, linear robots, hopper dryers, auto-load systems, chillers, and related software and control systems.

Your primary goal will be to ensure that all equipment is in good working order and that customers receive top-notch service. You will work closely with our technical support team to troubleshoot machine failures and performance issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Your strong technical skills and ability to communicate effectively will enable you to provide excellent customer service and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years' experience in injection molding machine design, after-sales service, or maintenance
  • Degree in mechanical manufacturing, electric engineering, automation, or plastic material, or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to drive a car and communicate in English
  • Extensive knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing injection molding machines, including controls, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Proficiency in using computers, email systems, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Able to understand mechanical drawings, electrical, and hydraulic schematics
