Service Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch after-sales service and technical support to our customers.
You will have the opportunity to work with a range of complex equipment, including injection molding machines, linear robots, hopper dryers, auto-load systems, chillers, and related software and control systems.
Your expertise in troubleshooting and repair of these systems will be invaluable in ensuring our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through regular on-site visits and remote support.
Conduct thorough safety checks on equipment to prevent accidents.
Analyze machine failures and performance issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Suggest or formulate plans for subsidiary stock spare parts to optimize inventory management.
Collaborate with colleagues to complete on-site inventory checks of spare parts warehouses.
Foster a safe working environment by adhering to company and customer safety policies.
Install, repair, and maintain complex equipment as required.
Document all service calls, highlighting key contacts and machine workloads.
Provide training and support to customers and agents on equipment safety, operation, maintenance, plastic raw materials, and molding process training.
- Educational background: College or bachelor degree in mechanical manufacturing, electric engineering, automation, or plastic material science, or equivalent.
- Work experience: At least 2 years of service work or technical support experience in the injection molding machine industry or a related field.
- Skills and abilities:
- Fluency in English
- Ability to drive a car
- In-depth knowledge of injection molding machine troubleshooting and repair, covering controls, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and hydraulic diagrams
