We are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our injection molding machines.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be working closely with our technical team to identify and troubleshoot machine failures, perform routine maintenance tasks, and provide exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, covering all aspects including controls, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems;
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure machines operate at maximum efficiency;
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on equipment operation, maintenance and troubleshooting;
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies;
- Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in injection molding machine design, after-sales service or maintenance;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
