Job Overview

This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our injection molding machinery. You will be working closely with our team to provide top-notch service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in various training sessions to improve your technical skills and comprehensive service abilities.\
  • Develop and implement plans for suggesting or formulating subsidiary stock spare parts.\
  • Submit summaries of machine quality issues and suggest improvements.\
  • Assist colleagues with on-site inventory tasks at our warehouse locations.\
  • Adhere to all company and customer safety policies.\
  • Install, repair, and maintain various equipment including injection molding machines, linear robots, and control systems.\
  • Perform regular safety checks on equipment and ensure compliance with all procedures.\
  • Demonstrate equipment usage and provide customer training.\
  • Troubleshoot machine failures and performance issues, and document findings and actions.\
  • Order replacement parts as needed and document worn parts that may require replacement in the future.\
  • Respond promptly to customer problems via phone, email, or onsite, providing courteous and professional assistance.\
  • Provide maintenance and operation recommendations or on-site services to customers.\
  • Document key contacts and workload for each service call.\
  • Offer after-sales service and technical training to customers and agents, covering equipment safety, operation, maintenance, plastic raw materials, and molding process training.\

Requirements

We are seeking an individual with:

Education

\
  • \
  • A college or bachelor degree in mechanical manufacturing, electric engineering, automation, or plastic material science.\
  • Alternatively, candidates with a different education background but more than 3 years' experience in injection molding machine design, after-sales service, or maintenance will also be considered.\
  • A minimum of 2 years of service work or technical support experience in the injection molding machine industry or related field.\
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.\
  • Ability to drive a car.\
  • Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing injection molding machines, covering controls, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.\
  • Proficiency in using computers, email systems, basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\
  • Ability to understand mechanical drawings, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.\
