Business Innovation Manager

This role involves supporting the implementation of AI and digital innovation initiatives within a global strategic division. The Business Innovation Manager will contribute to designing and improving business models, monitoring project performance, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • AI Strategy Development: Assist in developing new AI-driven services and enhancing existing business models by gathering data and insights.
  • Innovation Project Management: Support management of digital innovation projects, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return on investment (ROI) and profit and loss (P&L).
  • AI Factory Governance: Provide administrative support for governance activities of the AI factory, help maintain project roadmaps, and track progress toward strategic objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and organize data to support KPI monitoring and performance evaluation, generate reports on project outcomes, and assist in decision-making.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and strategic alignment, support communication with external partners and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in AI, digital innovation, business strategy, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with project management and data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their business applications is a plus.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data for project monitoring and reporting.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
