Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tech Advocate to work closely with clients, understanding their needs and matching them with our network of skilled professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their requirements and provide support throughout the partnership process.
  • Create engaging job descriptions to attract top talent for each role.
  • Finding the right candidate to meet client goals and presenting them in a way that showcases their skills and experience.
  • Manage the entire partnership process from start to finish to ensure a positive experience for both clients and professionals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working on software development projects or recruiting developers for tech companies or startups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, relationship building, and emotional intelligence to manage client relationships.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various challenges and deadlines.
