Logistics Operations Analyst

As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining ocean and air shipments of imported parts to ensure seamless logistical flow.

You will be responsible for tracking and monitoring shipments, identifying potential risks, and escalating issues as necessary. Your proactive approach will help create a more strategic environment, bringing new approaches and tools to improve efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a sense of urgency, ownership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar is required, along with fluency in Portuguese and advanced English language skills. Spanish is an asset.

You will work closely with logistics providers, including ocean carriers, freight forwarders, and trading partners, to ensure that business targets are met and exceeded. This includes a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, responsiveness, employee engagement, and financial initiatives.
