Backend Developer Role

We are seeking a seasoned backend developer to contribute to the enhancement of our Repository microservice, which provides model persistence and lifecycle management in SAP's Business Data Cloud.

  • The selected candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across Europe and China to design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions.

This role involves translating technical requirements into actionable solutions and collaborating with other developers, quality experts, and security specialists to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing scalable backend solutions for data persistence and lifecycle management
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production defects
  • Contributing to overall service quality by resolving customer-reported issues and analyzing production defects
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in backend server development, preferably in a cloud environment with Node.js
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with effective communication
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in data warehousing or modeling is an added advantage
