Network Losses Containment Specialist

Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join their Reverse Logistics team as a Network Losses Containment Specialist. This role is part of the Brazil Supply Chain and involves working closely with the Supply Chain under the Reverse logistics team.

Job Description:

The Network Losses Containment Specialist will be responsible for continuously diving deep into network loss metrics, identifying spikes and discontinuities, and troubleshooting them through site visits and collaborating with program managers in the team and stakeholders within BR Ops and other org functions. The successful candidate will also design and deploy programs to reduce and eliminate losses, ensuring an end-to-end appreciation of the network from customer acquisition to order placement, all customer fulfillment processes, packing, transportation, delivery, rejects, returns, pick-up, and claims refund processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goals.
  • Drives execution of goals, insists on the highest standards, and drives accountability for results by engaging stakeholders, aligning goals, and establishing RACI framework.
  • Cross-functional coordination and alignment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication across all levels and teams in the organization: senior leaders, technical teams, finance, fulfillment, and business leaders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management.
  • Working experience in correlated areas (Supply Chain/ReLo/Transportation).
  • Analytical acumen, influence without authority.
  • Project management or production management experience.
  • Fluent Portuguese and Advanced English level for conversation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA.
  • Operations or Transportation background.
