Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sustainability and Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead our efforts in optimizing our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure mid- to long-term production/material needs are met for assigned plants/lines, aligning with approved business objectives.
  • Create end-to-end supply chain strategies for items produced internally and externally, subject to review and approval.
  • Meet key performance indicators including customer fill rate, inventory levels, and waste reduction targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials, and replenishment, to drive category success.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in supply chain, economics, finance, or logistics within FMCG/CPG environments.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and systems hands-on, driving informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with supply review and integrated business planning cycles.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of supply planning best practices and end-to-end supply chain concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in o9 solutions; experience with Kinaxis or OMP is highly valued.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end planning, encompassing warehousing, transportation, and manufacturing considerations.
  • Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis.
  • Proficiency in combining reports across databases for business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in English; intermediate Spanish language skills.

This role does not require relocation support.
