At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Support Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of our department. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of organization and attention to detail, with a proven track record in maintaining project trackers and workflows.
The selected individual will be responsible for managing key workflows, reporting on performance metrics, reviewing creative work through the lens of brand consistency, and driving operational excellence behind the scenes. This role requires strong technical skills, including data coordination and project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize project trackers and workflows
- Support submission and tracking of internal ticket requests
- Aggregate and report on KPIs for both brands and internal team performance
- Conduct deliverable quality checks for brand compliance and consistency
- Manage team calendars and department-level LTR updates
- Assist in catalog and creative content audits across various platforms
- Create, manage, and refine data spreadsheets and reporting dashboards
- Provide ongoing technical and organizational support for creative initiatives
Requirements:
- 2-3 years as a virtual or executive assistant in a creative or operational environment
- 2-3 years in data coordination, project management, or operations
- Experience supporting teams that work with branding, creative strategy, or ecommerce is a plus
