About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic projects within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring effective execution and alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and monitor project schedules and resource allocation, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • Team Management: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering effective collaboration and communication among all project members.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project, proposing alternative solutions to ensure goal achievement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain constant communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply engineering knowledge to support technical decisions and ensure proposed solutions meet technical and quality requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Apply basic data analysis skills to optimize processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support project decisions.
  • Post-Project Review: Conduct reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management within industrial environments.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Methodologies: Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, etc.).
  • Data Analysis: Basic understanding of data analysis and related tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

  • Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Trello, etc.).
  • Data Analysis Tools: Knowledge of more advanced data analysis tools.
