About the Role

Xometry, a leading digital marketplace for manufacturing, is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for leading large, complex products and managing the day-to-day of a product squad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-squad and cross-team projects to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Define and communicate product strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Translate competitive landscape insights into clear product recommendations, driving business outcomes.
  • Contribute to company performance by leading cross-team processes and mentoring other squads and teams.
  • Advocate for goal-oriented and KPI-driven product management, building approaches for measuring outcomes across the customer platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding customer needs and serving as a liaison between product teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working with multi-functional teams, with a strong ability to lead and collaborate.
  • Leadership DNA, with a proven ability to excite and lead a product team.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming business requirements into successful product strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience working in an agile environment, with design and technology teams.
  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments, with strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills.
