Fashion Trends and Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality & Pricing: Analyze user research, competitive product assessments, and business insights to identify core issues within the category, facilitating the enhancement and optimization of related products, particularly in terms of quality and pricing.

2. Operational Management: Address the needs of business and operational sectors, oversee product output, and collaborate with the business team to align operational strategies with sales objectives.

3. Product Development: Create and dissect development plans for products across all categories, evaluate and monitor post-launch reviews, including aspects such as color variations, sizing adjustments, sales performance, and success metrics.

4. Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and regularly produce detailed competitive product and market analysis reports.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher.

2. Over 5 years of experience in product planning, particularly within e-commerce platforms or brand management, with a focus on apparel.

3. Exceptional communication and coordination abilities.

4. Proven experience in team leadership and management.

5. Strong data analysis skills.

6. Proficiency in spoken English.
