Seeking a skilled Purchasing Specialist to join our dynamic team

  • Purchasing Specialist: Provide support to the Global Procurement team, identifying inventory needs and monitoring purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Identify and manage inventory levels to meet business needs.
  • Sourcing and Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive cost efficiencies and ensure quality supply continuity.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Manage supplier relationships, performance, and risk assessments.
  • Contract Review and Negotiation: Review contracts and suppliers to drive data-driven improvements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Cooperate with internal functions to understand requirements and ensure alignment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in purchasing position.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Experience in modern procurement, purchasing processes, and related systems/tools.
  • Proven communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge about risk management processes in purchasing.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite.
