About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a Procurement Junior Specialist position. In this capacity, you will collaborate with colleagues and client teams from diverse business areas worldwide to develop and implement innovative purchasing strategies.

You will conduct in-depth analyses and define category strategies, applying expert knowledge in procurement. You will also work closely with our global network of consultants to advance our expertise in this domain, continuously enhancing your skills while contributing to the development of knowledge within the firm.

Your Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree in related fields or an MBA is considered beneficial
  • Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or consulting in a relevant area
  • Familiarity with procurement tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Ariba)
  • Strong understanding of procurement methodologies, including category management, supplier relationship management (SRM), and total cost of ownership (TCO)
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the local language
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead organizational change
  • Passion for operational excellence and driving transformational change
  • Willingness to travel as needed
