Key Responsibilities
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with manual QA or test planning and UAT.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
